dc.description.abstract	У статті проаналізовано змістовно-структурні характеристики художньо-естетичної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі дизайну та декоративно-ужиткового мистецтва. Автор розглядає досліджуване явище як професійну якість, яка представляє собою комплексну характеристику особистості майбутнього фахівця й яка складається з наступних компонентів: художньо-естетичні знання, уміння й досвід, що включають у собі: теоретичні знання й практичні вміння з основ малюнка, композиції, кольорознавства, технології художньої обробки матеріалів; досвід успішної практичної творчої діяльності зі створення виробів дизайну та декоративно-прикладного мистецтва; сформовану мотивацію до творчої художньо-естетичної діяльності й творчого зростання; розуміння загальної когнітивної складності картини світу; наявність здатності до сприйняття, розуміння й інтерпретації творів мистецтва; сформований естетичний смак; сформоване прагнення до естетичного перетворення навколишнього простору; здатність і готовність ділитися своєю художньо-естетичною творчістю із суспільством.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article deals with the analysis of the content and structure of the artistic and esthetic competence of the future specialists in the sphere of design and decorative and applied arts. The analyzed phenomenon is viewed upon by the author as a professional quality which represents a complex characteristics of a personality of a future specialist and which consists of the following components, namely: artistic and esthetic knowledge, skills and experience which, in its turn, include the following: theoretical knowledge and practical skills in fundamentals of drawing, composition, chromatics, technologies of artistic processing of materials; experience of successful practical creative activity in making works of design and decorative and applied arts; a formed motivation for a creative artistic and esthetic activity and creative growth; understanding of the general cognitive complexity of the picture of the world; presence of the ability to perceive, understand and interpret the works of arts; a formed esthetic taste; a formed striving for an esthetic transformation of the surrounding environment; ability and readiness to share his artistic and esthetic creative works with the society. According to the author, the structure of the artistic and esthetic competence of future specialists in the field of design and decorative and applied arts consists of the following components: the cognitive, the motivational an axiological, the practical, the reflexive, the personal and developmental ones. The study of theoretical and methodological peculiarities of the formation of the artistic and esthetic competence of the future specialists under analysis made it possible to single out the stages of the development of the given competence at the lessons of decorative and applied arts which include the following: the motivational and axiological one, the informational and cognitive one, the personal ad developmental one.	uk_UA
