dc.description.abstract	У статті у хронологічному порядку проаналізовано дослідження українських вчених щодо розробки моделей професійної підготовки майбутніх морських фахівців. Виділено такі сучасні моделі: формування професійної компетентності майбутніх судноводіїв у процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін, професійної підготовки осіб рядового складу в процесі формування їх професійно важливих якостей, формування іншомовного професійного діалогічного мовлення майбутніх судноводіїв, професійної підготовки кваліфікованих робітників морського профілю на виробництві, фахівців річкового та морського транспорту, формування соціокультурної компетентності майбутніх судноводіїв міжнародних рейсів у процесі вивчення соціально-гуманітарних дисциплін, формування професійної компетентності майбутніх суднових механіків засобами інтеграції природничих і загальнотехнічних дисциплін. Зроблено висновок про відсутність універсальної моделі професійної підготовки морських фахівців в Україні.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	In the article, the following modern models on the basis of the analysis of Ukrainian scientists' researches on the development of models of future maritime specialists' professional trainingare highlighted: formation of professional competence of future navigators in the process of professional disciplines study, professional training of ratings in the process of forming their professionally important qualities,f ormation of foreign-speaking professional dialogical speech of future navigators, professional training of skilled workers of the maritime industrial profile, specialists of river and maritime transport, formation of socio-cultural competence of future international voyages' navigators in the process of studying social and humanitarian disciplines, formation of professional competence of ship engineers by means of integration natural and general technical disciplines. The author highlights the positive features in the analyzed models: development on the basis of systemic, personal, differentiated, communicative, cognitive and competence approaches; focus on international standards and integration into the global community and the global maritime industry; substantiation of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of various aspects of the process of professional training of future maritime specialists; emphasis on monitoring the training process. It is concluded that there is no universal model of professional training of maritime specialists in Ukraine.	uk_UA
