dc.description.abstract	Статтю присвячено аналізу ендофазного (внутрішнього) мовлення в англійськомовній художній постмодерністській літературі ХХ – поч. ХХІ століття. На тлі теоретико-методологічних міркувань про систему способів і форм мовлення в персонажному дискурсі автором задекларовано й прикладово описано нову ендофазну форму мовлення – ДуД (думка у думці). Цій формі притаманні структурно-смислові компоненти, які увиразнюють її метафоричну образність, що допускає множинність інтерпретацій персонажного дискурсу постмодернізму. ДуД вирізняє характерологічна ознака, властива англійськомовному експериментальному письму, – психологічна образність акцентуйованих психічних репрезентацій здогаданок персонажа, що можуть знеобачка промайнути в ендофазних формах персонажного дискурсу – більшою мірою, аніж інші його способи й форми. Подана в дослідженні прикладова база свідчить про те, що ДуД володіє структурно-смисловими рисами, які увиразнюють її метафоричну образність: інтимність, віртуальність, відсутність логіки, обриви логіки, присутність незвичних логічних зв’язків, заплутування, розтягування, або раптову компресію смислу, смислове нагромадження, або ж навпаки смислову розмитість, полікодування смислів. Спостереження над мовою англійськомовної експериментальної (постмодерністської) художньої прози дають підстави говорити про те, що дискурсна зона персонажа, яка виникає на тлі системи способів передачі мовлення, а також перебуває в наративному діалозі, розвиває в читача уявлення про персонажа як про мисленнєво-мовленнєву особистість і водночас як художній інтелект, розум.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article dwells on the notion of inner speech, which is in line with the current trends in object change and the methods of linguistic research associated with the transition from the study of speech in the fictional text to the study of the speech behavior of text anthropomorphs, the scope (environment) of their text communication. Such a search is based on the notion of the dynamic nature of linguistic concepts, the communicative nature of the phenomenon, which has long been the subject of various scientific paradigms through exploring the thought and speech representative texture of fictional text and which is called reported speech. Actually reported speech, incorporated into the cognitive space of a scientific interpretation of the author (narrator discourse) and character discourse, for a long time, is uninterruptedly in the sight of various research schools of humanitarian studies. Part of the research in the article is devoted to the analysis of endophasic (internal) speech in the Anglophone postmodern fiction. Based on the theoretical and methodological considerations about the system of ways and forms of speech reproduction in the character discourse, the author has declared and described approximately through the case studies the new endophasic form of speech – TinT (thought in thought). This form has intrinsic structural components that emphasize its metaphorical imagery, which allows for multiple interpretations of the character discourse of postmodernism. The TinT is distinguished by a characterological characteristic of the Anglophone postmodern fiction, experimental by nature – the psychological imagery of accentuated mental representations of a character’s memories, which can suddenly slip into the endophasic forms of character discourse – more than its other ways and forms of speech.	uk_UA
