dc.description.abstract	Статтю присвячено поглядам вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених психолого-педагогічного напряму на процес формування соціальної компетентності особистості як передумови успішного самоствердження і ефективної взаємодії з оточуючими. Визначено, що феномен соціальної компетентності вчені описують як процес соціалізації/асиміляції особистості, у процесі якої вона адаптується та набуває емоційного та соціальної досвіду або інтелекту. Важливими елементами цього процесу є ціннісно-смислова сфера, яка в свою чергу не лише мотивує до змін та формування досвіду, а й до адекватного (рефлексивного) співвідношення картини внутрішнього світу з навколишнім. Синхронність співвідношень картин вчені вважають психологічною зрілістю особистості, прийняття нею реальності як дійсності, яку можливо змінювати. При цьому формування соціальної компетентності відбувається індивідуально, включаючи соціальні умови в групі, де перебуває індивід.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article is devoted to the views of domestic and foreign scientists of the psychological and pedagogical direction on the process of formation of social competence of the individual as a prerequisite for successful selfaffirmation and effective interaction with others. It is determined that the phenomenon of social competence is described by scholars as a process of socialization / assimilation of the individual in the process of which she adapts and acquires emotional and social experience or intelligence. Important elements of this process are the value-semantic sphere, which in turn not only motivates changes and the formation of experience, but also an adequate (reflexive) correlation of the picture of the inner world with the surrounding ones. The synchronicity of the relations of pictures, scientists consider the maturity of the individual psychologically, the adoption of her reality as a reality that can be changed. At the same time, the level of formation of social competence occurs individually, including social conditions in the group where the individual is.	uk_UA
