dc.description.abstract	Отже, зміст полікультурної підготовки зумовлений номенклатурою культуро логічних навчальних дисциплін (і нормативних, і елективних навчальних дисциплін, що представлені в навчальному плані); характером відбору, систематизації та дидактичної організації культурологічного знання, логікою його вивчення; способами здійснення індивідуальних духовно-інтелектуальних практик (зокрема, літературно-аналітичних, мистецько-аналітичних,біографічно-аналітичних). Зміст полікультурної підготовки на рівні навчального предмета подається на рівні навчальних програм; відповідно – циклу навчальних дисциплін – на рівні змісту комплексу навчальних програм. Зміст освіти є варіативним і на рівні виокремлених дисциплін, і за умов їх перетворення у фундаментальний міждисциплінарний цикл, дидактичну цілісність	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article deals with the analysis of the possibilities of integration of the disciplines of professional training of future managers of tourism in the context of improvement of their polycultural training in the educational process of a higher educational establishment. The author proves that the content of polycultural training of future managers of tourism is preconditioned by the nomenclature of culturological disciplines and means of carrying out individual educational practices. The content of polycultural training at the level of a discipline is represented inside the syllabi, whereas the cycles of disciplines reflect it at the level of a complex of syllabi.Based on the three-level model of integration of the content of polycultural training of specialists, the author analyzes the existing syllabi of disciplines of professional education of future managers in the sphere of tourism and defines the possibilities of their synthesis (disciplines of culturological direction) and their enrichment with the help of additional modules. She also describes the peculiarities of implementation of the integral special course “Tourism as a Dialogue of Cultures” into the teaching and educational process of a higher educational establishment, the main aim of which is to shape polycultural competence of future managers of tourism.	uk_UA
