Abstract

The article analyses the process of formation the linguistic and methodological competence of prospective teachers of foreign languages in the Ukrainian's scientific experience. For analysis there were selected the dissertations which concern the process of forming the different competences of prospective foreign language teachers. The logics of the research is in investigation from more general aspects of preparation to more specific components of preparing the prospective teacher's (forming linguistic and methodological competence). Such a compelled approach is aimed due to the absence of dissertations concerning the problem of forming the linguistic and methodological competence of prospective teachers of foreign languages within the process of professional training in the Ukrainian’s science.
