dc.description.abstract	У статті розглядається історія розвитку дозвілля студентської молоді в Україні, його соціально-виховне спрямування протягом століть. Підкреслено тенденцію демократизації студентського середовища через сферу дозвілля. Встановлено, що дозвіллєві традиції студентства розвивалися відповідно до соціально-культурних умов соціальної життєдіяльності певного історичного періоду. Соціально позитивне дозвілля студентів стимулювалося підвищенням їх громадської активності, реалізацією дозвіллєвих потреб поза закладом вищої освіти. Розглянуто провідні форми дозвілля українських студентів у соціально-виховному аспекті: самодіяльна мистецька діяльність, студентське самоврядування та громадська робота студентської молоді. Ці види активності здійснювалися в позанавчальній діяльності і сприяли розбудові виховних сфер закладу вищої освіти для організації змістовного й активного дозвілля студентів.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article reviews the history of development of Ukraine’s student youth leisure, its socio-educational course throughout centuries. Emphasis was made on the tendency of democratization of students’ environment through leisure field. It was specified that leisure traditions of students were developing according to the socio-cultural conditions of certain historical period’s social life activities. Students’ socially positive leisure was stimulated by increase of their civic activeness, satisfaction of leisure needs outside of education institution. It was proven that student youth’s leisure reflected the general socio-cultural situation of various territories of our state, socio-educational focus of leisure activities was being realized in “creating the social face” of students by attempts to regulate within HEI, gradual branching of free-time activities, provision of opportunities to self-govern students’ own actions during free time in an open society. Main forms of Ukrainian students’ leisure, like amateur art activities, students’ self-government and civic work, were reviewed under the socio¬educational scope. These types of activities were performed during extracurricular activities and facilitated the formation of higher education institution’s educational fields to organize meaningful and active student leisure. It was noted that value misbalance, coupled with fundamental changes in nationhood at the verge of millennia create new tasks that are linked to eurointegration processes and specific features of information society, which indicates the necessity to regulate the process of students’ social development, particularly by means of leisure, which is the direction of future research	uk_UA
