dc.description.abstract	У статті висвітлено аналіз становища сімей з дітьми в Україні в умовах військового конфлікту, охарактеризована ціла низка проблем і організаційних складнощів, а саме: забезпечення їжею і житлом; виплата пенсій і соціальних виплат; доступ до соціальних послуг; забезпечення місцями в дитячих садках і школах; вступ і продовження навчання у ВНЗ; надання медичної допомоги особам, що потребують спеціалізованої чи висококваліфікованої медичної допомоги; пошук роботи і працевлаштування; відновлення документів та інші. Стаття містить алгоритм соціально-педагогічної та психологічної роботи з постраждалими, вимушеними переселенцями, особливо з дітьми. Представлено методичні рекомендації щодо надання соціальних послуг та ведення випадку з урахуванням ключової ознаки вразливості сімей з дітьми. Розкрито певні стандарти проведення якісної оцінки потреб постраждалої сім’ї.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article analyzes the situation of families with children in Ukraine in the context of a military conflict, describes a number of problems and organizational difficulties, namely: providing food and housing; payment of pensions and social benefits; access to social services; provision of places in kindergartens and schools; introduction and continuation of studies in higher educational establishments; provision of medical care to people in need of specialized or highly qualified medical care; job search and employment; recovery of documents and others. The article contains an algorithm of social-pedagogical and psychological work with victims, forced migrants, especially with children. Methodical recommendations for provision of social services and case management are presented, taking into account the key feature of vulnerability of families with children. There are certain standards for carrying out a qualitative assessment of the needs of the affected family. The emergence of forced displaced persons is a challenge for Ukraine and its social policy, social services system and social workers. Ways of solving problems and meeting the needs of displaced persons is not a new practice in the world. Therefore, when planning its social programs, Ukraine should use international experience.	uk_UA
