dc.description.abstract	У статті проаналізовано роль музики та музичної освіти у контексті полілогу культур у сучасному глобальному світі у зв’язку із вирішенням проблеми формування полікультурної компетентності майбутніх вчителів музичного мистецтва. Автор наголошує на необхідності ціннісного осмислення музично- освітніх процесів у контексті розвитку полінаціональної музичної культури; визнання полікультурності як історично обумовленого природнього прояву музичної творчості; усвідомлення потреби проникнення у колективну й індивідуально-авторську музичну творчість; стимулювання емоційної й інтелектуальної сфер у пошуку людиною самостійних шляхів знаходження цілісної картини музично-культурної реальності; включення діалогічної (полілогічної) парадигми у процес засвоєння й відтворення національних і загальнолюдських цінностей музичної культури.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article deals with the analysis of the role of music and musical education in the context of a polylogue of cultures in the modern global world in connection with the solution of the problem of formation of polycultural competence of future teachers of musical arts. The author arrives at the conclusion that there is a strong necessity to understand the value of the musical and educational processes; to acknowledge the phenomenon of polyculturalism as a historically preconditioned natural manifestation of musical creativity; to become aware of the urgent need to penetrate into a collective and individual (author’s) musical creations; to encourage the emotional and intellectual spheres in a man’s search for original ways of finding the integral picture of musical and cultural reality; to implement a dialogical (polylogical) paradigm into the process of acquiring and reproduction of the national and universal values of the musical culture. It is worth mentioning that the national and cultural interaction makes it possible to integrate all the achievements of the past and the present in the musical and educational process, to encourage the polycultural ability of a man’s mind ready to transform the surrounding musical world, thus providing its gradual progressive development.	uk_UA
