Abstract: The paper paid attention to the concepts of «inclusive education» and «children with special educational needs». The attention to international legal instruments, legislative and normative acts of the social areas for children with special needs. Placing the main priorities for the implementation of inclusive education ideas in Ukraine. Disclosed experience EP «Lisichanskiy Teachers College University of Luhansk» to solve the problems of education of students with special needs. College of education carries out bold steps for the provision of the foundations of inclusive education of college students, teachers, schools, pre-school teachers. Scientific and methodical work of the teaching staff is aimed at improving the professional competence of teachers, improvement of educational, social and humanitarian processes. The experience of the teaching staff collectively at different levels. The results of the teaching staff of college prove the accuracy and timeliness of the chosen path. Children with special educational needs should receive any further assistance that they may need for the success of the learning process. They are the most effective way that ensures solidarity, participation, mutual understanding between children with disabilities and their peers. As a result of fruitful work of teachers – innovators published articles in professional scientific and methodological journals «Education in the Luhansk region», «Journal of University of Luhansk», «Slobozhansky Journal», «Deputy Director of the school» and collections of conference. The results of the college pedagogical team prove the correctness and timeliness of the chosen path. The key principle underlying the inclusive approach lies in the fact that educational institutions should be open to all children, regardless of their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, linguistic or other characteristics. Establishments need to find ways to ensure the successful training of all children, including children who have physical or mental problems.
