Визначено середню швидкість корозійних процесів конструкційних елементів напіввагонів. Розглянуте питання щодо захисту від корозії елементів конструкції в залежності від товщини захисного покриття. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The article focuses on key research on anticorrosion protection o f freight wagons and effects o f corrosion damage on the stress-strain state (strength) o f wagons. This paper deals with the state o f the freight rolling stock o f JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and shows the results o f research on corrosion damage to structural components o f the open wagon, the effect o f cargoes transported by wagons on corrosion rate. The nature and distribution o f damages on the body o f open wagons caused by corrosion are determined. The average speed o f corrosion processes to structural elements o f open wagons is calculated. Anticorrosion protection o f structural elements depending on thickness o f the protective coating and the specified duration o f protective action o f the anticorrosive coating, depending on its thickness is considered. The paper presents the conclusions on corrosion protection o f rolling stock and corrosion damage effect on the stress-strain state (strength) o f wagons. | uk_UA |
