| dc.description.abstract | Дисертацію присвячено проблемі розвитку процесу демократизації управління освітніми закладами в Україні (остання чверть ХХ – початок ХХІ століття). У результаті дослідження було теоретично обґрунтовано критерії й періодизацію розвитку демократизації управління освітніми закладами у вітчизняній педагогічній науці в останній чверті XX – на початку XXI століття. У межах періодизації було виокремлено три періоди розвитку демократизації управління освітніми закладами в Україні: 1976 – 1980-і роки ХХ ст. – період демократизації радянського спрямування; 90-ті роки ХХ ст. – період перегляду теоретико-методологічних засад управління освітніми закладами з позицій демократизації та заключний період з 2001-го року – до сьогодні – період формування головних складових демократичної теорії управління освітніми закладами. З'ясовано загальні тенденції і визначено перспективи подальшого розвитку демократизації управління освітніми закладами в Україні. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The thesis is devoted to the problem of democratization development process in the field of management of educational institutions in Ukraine (the last quarter of XX – the early XXI century). Evaluation criteria of democratization development in the field of management of educational institutions along with periodization of democratization development in management of educational institutions in the national pedagogical science in the last quarter of XX – the early XXI century have been theoretically substantiated in the course of study. Within the periodization three periods of democratization development in the field of management of educational institutions in Ukraine have been highlighted: from 1976 to 1980 of the twentieth century – the period of democratization of Soviet direction; the 1990s of the twentieth century – the period of revision of theoretical and methodological background of educational institutions management from democratization perspective, and final period from 2001 until now – the period of development of the key components of democratic theory of educational institutions management. General trends as well as further democratization development prospects in the field of management of educational institutions in Ukraine have been determined. | uk_UA |
