Abstract:
The paper focuses on determining the aspects of the approach to business
processes optimization at transport enterprises in modern economic conditions based on the generalization of their standards, according to which the process principle of enterprise management organization is considered more effective. The process approach is focused primarily on business processes, the ultimate goals of which are to create products or services that are of value to external or internal consumers. A significant number of experts from different industries participate in the creation of a complex standards process.
Standardization concerns many topics in the transport industry, higher education, logistics business, and performs similar functions. Standardization will help to increase the country’s transport potential. Standardized processes in the industry will contribute to obtaining a positive effect on the quality of customer service, increasing the competence of personnel, as well as optimizing work processes leading to the increased financial results of enterprises.
