Тhe low favorability of machine-building enterprises to investments and adaptation to external and internal challenges and threats form the need to find effective mechanisms of functioning and development. The state, as an institution that has power, funds and other resources, in its activities is capable of leveling and compensating the risks of uncertainty, promoting the expansion of the domestic market and using mechanisms to activate internal development resources. Ukraine's orientation towards the restoration of competitive machine-building industries in post-war conditions requires a balanced approach to understanding the new role of the state, the possibilities of using the necessary mechanisms and state support tools for domestic enterprises. A set of measures related to activities under martial law, creation of prerequisites for structural restructuring and post-war recovery of enterprises is provided. It ensures macroeconomic stability, supporting domestic demand, preserving industrial production and jobs on the territory of Ukraine, targeted use of foreign aid. Developments and research results can be used in the activities of state and regional government and management bodies, industrial enterprises, integrated structures, educational institutions in the formation and implementation of industrial policy, determination of state priorities and development mechanisms, consolidation of internal national resources, restoration and modernization of industrial production according to conditions of the mobilization economy. In the future, the development of various scenarios for the development of machine-building enterprises is provided in accordance with the methods and mechanisms of state participation, the necessary resources, risks and consequences for industry, the domestic market and business. The article is concerned with the formation and implementation of a strategy for ensuring the innovation activity of transport enterprises. The aim of the article is to develop a mechanism that will ensure an increase in the efficiency of formation and implementation of the strategy for ensuring the innovation activity of transport enterprises. It is concluded that an effective mechanism for the formation and implementation of a strategy to ensure the innovation activity of enterprise is a strategic tool to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises, which allows not only to implement individual innovation projects, but also to form a long term competitive advantage in the market. It is noted that the high efficiency of the innovative development of enterprises directly depends on a rationally organised mechanism that ensures the formation and implementation of an innovative strategy and provides for systematic interaction with all stakeholders to ensure the efficient organisation of transport processes. The muscle power of a company's personnel, when compared to the total energy expenditure, corresponds to the level of engineering error, which has led to the complete rejection of this factor in practice. In this article, the general function of energy consumption by the enterprise is considered to be the sum of technological sector costs and the energy costs of personnel. Three norms of energy consumption of human labor are applied: physical, economic using macroeconomic indicators, and economic of an institutional nature. The main goal of our study is to assess the energy costs of human labor using various approaches and to test the statistical significance of the impact of the obtained results on the overall energy intensity of a given enterprise. Using the method of the Box-Wilson multifactorial experiment, a study of the influence of factors on the total consumption of energy resources was carried out. It is proven that labor costs in the energy aspect, even when measured by the physical method, have a statistically significant effect. The physical method should be recommended as the primary approach for industrial enterprises. Underestimation of the energy parameters of living labor creates the risk of irresponsible consumption and production. Cherevatskyi D. The preservation and multiplication of the welfare of society is a task that in modern times should be paired with measures that contribute to the reduction of social tensions and differentiation in society. In the context of the digitalization of the economy, society requires from business a conscious approach to solving social problems, a developed sense of civic responsibility in relation to other social groups. Entrepreneurship is one of the most important social institutions of our time. It is able to assist state structures in solving social problems by developing the infrastructure of the region, working with low-income groups of the population. In modern conditions in Ukraine, the spread of social entrepreneurship is fragmented and is at the initial stage of development. Undoubtedly, the universal digitalization of economic processes cannot but affect the social sphere of entrepreneurship, in this regard, the task of finding the most comfortable model of digital transformation is actualized. The innovative phenomenon of social business determines the choice of research methods in favor of tools for the transformation of classical business models in a digital economy, as well as methodological and organizational aspects of the functioning of subjects of social entrepreneurship. The methodology of general scientific knowledge will allow to form the author's approach to the theoretical and methodological justification of the mechanism of digital transformation of social business.
