dc.description.abstract	У статті за результатами аналізу нормативно -правових освітянських документів та досліджень сучасних лінгводидактів у галузі українського підручникотворення визначено основні методологічні ідеї концепції підручників української мови нового покоління, проаналізовано вплив мовної ситуації в Україні на особливості конструювання підручників української мови для закладів освіти з навчанням мовами національних меншин. Виокремлено й обґрунтовано методологічні засади, підходи і принципи побудови навчальних книг з української мови для початкової школи, розкрито можливості їх використання у формуванні змісту та структури підручника, доборі методичних прийомів та засобів розвитку пізнавальної самостійності, ключових і предметних компетентностей учнів. Запропоновано використовувати у процесі реалізації комунікативно спрямованого й особистісно орієнтованого початкового мовного курсу навчально-методичні ресурси лінгводидактів українського зарубіжжя. Серед перспектив подальшого дослідження зазначається аналіз підручників української мови, конкурсний відбір яких відбувається зараз у нашій державі.	uk_UA

The attention focused on the priority of personality, communicative and competent approach aimed at the development of textbooks for primary education state language. Founded and grounded methodological principles, approaches and principles of educational books in Ukrainian language for elementary school, reveals the possibilities of their use in shaping the content and structure of the textbook, the selection of teaching methods and means the development of cognitive self-reliant, the main keywords and subject competencies of pupils to achieve the main goal of the teaching of the Ukrainian language as state schools with learning languages of national minorities.	uk_UA
