dc.description.abstract	Стаття розкриває питання сучасної і перспективної форми отримання освіти. Наведено та проаналізовано основні чинники інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Представлено та теоретично обґрунтовано переваги освітнього процесу, що проводиться з використанням технологій електронного навчання. Визначено, що інноваційні моделі електронного навчання радикально змінюють усю систему традиційної вищої освіти й виводять її на рівень віртуального університету. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що одним з ключових чинників в освіті з використанням e-learning вистуає мотивація. В даній статті представлено ключові чинники для подальшого розвитку ефективного електронного навчання в процесі самоосвіти в Україні та розвинутих країнах. Зроблено висновок, що дистанційна освіта на сьогодні може скласти повноцінну конкуренцію традиційним формам освіти.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article addresses the issues of modern and promising form of education. The main factors of information and communication technologies are presented and analyzed. Advantages of e-learning educational process are presented and theoretically substantiated. It is determined that innovative e-learning models radically change the whole system of traditional higher education and bring it to the level of a virtual university. Emphasis is placed on the fact that motivation is one of the key factors in e-learning education. This article presents the key factors for the further development of effective e-learning in the process of self-education in Ukraine and developed countries. After all, all that is needed is: extremely fast transfer of any volume and appearance information at any distance, storing it in the computer memory, editing, processing, printing, etc .; creating active online feedback in dialogue with the teacher or other participants in the educational process; access to various sources, including remote and distributed databases, numerous conferences around the world via the Internet, work with this information; organization of joint telecommunication projects, including international, electronic conferences (in real time, computer audio conferences and videoconferences), exchange of views with any participant of this course, teachers, consultants, request of information on any question through electronic conferences. It is concluded that distance education today can compete with traditional forms of education.	uk_UA
