dc.description.abstract	У статті схарактеризовано суть міжкультурної компетентності у контексті діалогу культур. Розкрито основні підходи дослідників до трактування суті міжкультурної компетентності; схарактеризовано взаємозв’язок міжкультурної компетентності та комунікативної діяльності, яка виступає вагомим чинником здійснення індивідуалізованого діалогу культур. Схарактеризовано роль міжкультурної взаємодії індивідуумів. Розкрито механізм особистісного діалогу та його вплив на формування особистості в контексті міжкультурних контактів. З’ясовано, що діалог як засіб формування міжкультурної компетентності пов’язаний із проникненням у сферу діалогіки, котра вивчає культурно-духовне становлення особистості, її ціннісних орієнтацій, передбачає формування механізму смислового, суб’єктного сприйняття культурологічної реальності сучасного світу. У контексті поданого у статті матеріалу міжкультурна компетентність трактується як важливий інструмент діалогу культур у процесі міжкультурної взаємодії.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article describes the essence of intercultural competence in the context of dialogue between cultures. The basic approaches of researchers to the interpretation of the essence of intercultural competence are revealed. The relationship between intercultural competence and communicative activity, which is a significant factor in the implementation of individualized dialogue of cultures is characterized. The author characterized the role of intercultural interaction of individuals. The mechanism of personal dialogue and its influence on personality formation in the context of intercultural contacts is revealed. It has been found that dialogue as a means of forming intercultural competence is connected with the invasion of the sphere of dialogue, which studies the cultural and spiritual formation of the individual, his or her value orientations, involves the formation of a mechanism of meaningful, subjective perception of the cultural and pluralistic world. In the context of the article presented, intercultural competence is interpreted as an important tool for dialogue between cultures in the process of intercultural interaction. Equally important is communicative activity as a regulator of intercultural interaction between individuals, as means of avoiding intercultural conflicts.	uk_UA
