dc.description.abstract	Стаття присвячена розкриттю сутності мотиваційно-ціннісного компонента соціальної компетентності студента закладу вищої освіти. На основі аналізу наукової літератури визначено, що мотиваційно- ціннісний компонент соціальної компетентності студента закладу вищої освіти – це індивідуальна система якостей та цінностей особистості, що мотивує особистість до визначення власних ціннісних орієнтацій (інтелектуальних, моральних, поведінкових соціальних), вибору виду професійної діяльності, реалізації сукупності соціальних потреб, інтересів, ціннісних орієнтацій у процесі активної життєдіяльності в соціумі. До критеріїв визначення рівня сформованості мотиваційно- ціннісного компоненту віднесено: 1) цінність обраного виду професійної діяльності, 2) потреба в особистісній та професійній самореалізації, 3) активна соціальна позиція.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article is devoted to revealing the essence of the motivational-value component of social competence of a student of a higher education institution. Social competence is represented as a complex, multifaceted, integral (integral) formation consisting of individual psychological and social qualities of the individual; a set of knowledge, skills and abilities that contribute to the harmonious coexistence and development of personality in a changing social space. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, it is determined that the motivational-value component of social competence of a student of a higher education institution is an individual system of qualities and values of the individual, which motivates the individual to determine their own value orientations (intellectual, moral, behavioral social), the choice of professional activity set of social needs, interests, values orientations in the process of active life in society. The criteria for determining the level of formation of the motivational value component include: 1) the value of the chosen type of professional activity, 2) the need for personal and professional self-realization, and 3) actentative social position.	uk_UA
