dc.description.abstract	У статті розглядається сутність поняття «професійна культура». Зазначено, що на формування професійної культури майбутнього фахівця впливають як особливості самої професії, так і інші чинники. Серед них можна виділити загальну культуру майбутнього фахівця. Має місце не лише вплив загальної культури фахівця на його професійну культуру, а й навпаки – вплив останньої на культуру його різнопланового спілкування поза виробничою сферою. Загальнокультурна підготовка, що включає в себе вивчення історії, педагогіки, психології, культури мовлення тощо, є фундаментом для професійного становлення. Визначено основні чинники та умови формування професійної культури майбутнього фахівця.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article examines the essence of the concept of "professional culture". It is noted that the formation of a professional culture of the future specialist is influenced both by the features of the profession itself and by other factors. Among them one can distinguish the general culture of the future specialist. Not only the influence of the general culture of a specialist on his professional culture takes place, but also the influence of the latter on the culture of his diverse communication outside the industrial sphere. Cultural training, which includes the study of history, pedagogy, psychology, speech culture, etc., is the foundation for professional formation. The main factors and conditions of formation of professional culture of the future specialist are determined. It is noted that professional personal culture in the broadest sense is interpreted as the result of the formation of a personality of a professional and is identical to all experience of the individual, which ensures the successful performance of a particular professional activity and the further development of professional competence. In this sense, the moral culture of the individual is a part of professional culture and is determined by the totality of special obligations that a person and a citizen assumes when joining a certain sphere of professional activity. In the narrow sense, the professional culture of the individual should be understood as a system of knowledge, skills, abilities and abilities, through which it becomes possible to perform those labor operations and actions that are necessary in a particular field of professional activity. That is the question of the necessary instrumental level of labor security.	uk_UA
