dc.description.abstract	У статті аналізується компетентнісний підхід як методологічна основа формування полікультурних компетенції і компетентності. Підкреслюється, що результатом впровадження компетентнісного підходу в навчальний процес є формування полікультурних компетенції і компетентності. Відповідно компетентнісний підхід розглядається як процес формування сукупності інтелектуальних, психологічних якостей і властивостей особистості, її світоглядних уявлень, засвоєння професійно спрямованих знань, умінь і навичок, що дозволить майбутньому фахівцю соціономічної сфери ефективно реалізовувати на практиці свій інтелектуальний і професійний потенціал.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article analyzes the competence approach as a methodological basis for the formation of intercultural competencies and competence. It is emphasized that the result of introducing a competent approach in the educational process is the formation of competencies and competence; transferring the emphasis from the acquisition of knowledge to the formation of skills and aptitudes purposefully use the acquired knowledge for successful professional activities. Accordingly, the competence approach can be considered as a program of restructuring the educational process for the formation of a set of intellectual, psychological qualities and personality traits, its ideological ideas, the acquisition of professionally oriented knowledge, skills and abilities, which will enable the future specialist of the socionomic sphere to implement effectively their intellectual and professional potential in practice. The article also analyzes the problem of determining the hierarchical subordination and comparison of the concepts of intercultural competencies and competence, their role in the formation of the readiness of future specialists of the socionomic sphere to provide social and psychological services to clients, representatives of various ethno-cultural groups.	uk_UA
