dc.description.abstract	У статті розкрито сутнісні ознаки педагогіки партнерства як одного з ключових положень Нової української школи, подано визначення цього поняття. Представлено ґенезу, становлення педагогіки партнерства в контексті ідей педагогіки співробітництва, її зв’язок з педагогікою співпраці педагогів-новаторів. Наведено номенклатуру принципів педагогіки партнерства та схарактеризовано їхній зміст та механізми реалізації. Розкрито окремі форми, методи та технології створення інноваційного освітнього середовища початкової школи на засадах педагогіки партнерства.	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article reveals the essential signs of the pedagogy of partnership as one of the key provisions of the New Ukrainian schools, the definition of the concept of the pedagogy of partnership to a qualitatively new level of relations between all participants in the educational process implemented in the joint activities of teachers and students, teachers and parents, students with each other, and involves the understanding, the unity of interests and aspirations with the aim of personal development of schoolchildren. Pedagogy of partnership is a practical basis of human-centric reorientation of the whole system of interpersonal communication at school. The Genesis, formation of pedagogy of partnership in the context of ideas of pedagogy of cooperation, its connection with pedagogy of cooperation of teachers-innovators is presented. The nomenclature of the principles of pedagogy of partnership which are divided into two blocks is given: the first is the principles which are based on the idea of humanistic and respectful relations between all participants of educational process and, first of all, teachers and school students; the second - the principles of formation of the innovative educational environment on the basis of pedagogy of cooperation concerning procedural and relational aspect. Characterized by their content and mechanisms of implementation. Some forms, methods and technologies of creation of innovative educational environment of primary school on the basis of partnership pedagogy are revealed.	uk_UA
