dc.description.abstractВиділено роль залізничного транспорту в транспортній системі України. Відмічено, що одним із ключових моментів забезпечення високого рівня продуктивності роботи залізниць є застосування більш економічних технологій виробництва та ремонту вантажних вагонів. Зазначена актуальність використання методу термічної правки для усунення експлуатаційних деформацій хребтової балки вагонів-платформ. Наведені 3D моделі балки хребтової, які було побудовано в програмному комплексі SolidWorks. Представлений математичний план досліджень та отримана відповідна математична модель. Наведені результати моделювання процесу термічної правки балки хребтової, яке було проведено за допомогою спеціалізованого модуля Cosmos що входить до складу програмного комплексу SolidWorks.uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorshipThe role of railway transport in the transport system of Ukraine is highlighted. It was noted that one of the key points in ensuring a high level of productivity of railways is the use of the most cost-effective technologies fo r the production and repair o f freight cars. In this regard, special attention is paid to the maintenance o f the existing car fleet in proper workingable condition. The relevance of raising the technical level of freight cars through the use of advanced technological processes o f their manufacture and repair is substantiated. The expediency of using the method of thermal dressing to eliminate the operational deformations of the structural elements of platform cars is noted. The 3D models of the ridge car platform wagon, the constructed research plan, the obtained model, and the simulation results of the thermal editing of the ridge car platform wagon, which was carried out using the specialized Cosmos module, are presented.
