dc.description.abstract	У статті уточнено сутність поняття «готовність куратора студентської групи до виховання толерантності у студентів педагогічних коледжів» як приватне виявлення готовності до самостійної педагогічної діяльності, що характеризується емоційно-ціннісним ставленням до проблеми виховання толерантності; прагненням виховати толерантну особистість; знаннями про сутність толерантності та специфіку її виховання у майбутніх вчителів; володінням формами і методами виховання толерантності; адекватним оцінюванням себе як куратора студентської групи, здатного виховати толерантність у студентів педагогічних коледжів. Визначено структуру та рівні готовності кураторів студентських груп до виховання толерантності у студентів педагогічних коледжів (високий, середній, низький).	uk_UA
dc.description.sponsorship	The article defines the essence of the notion “readiness of curator of the student group to educate tolerance among students of pedagogical colleges” as a private manifestation of readiness for independent pedagogical activity characterized by an emotional and value attitude to the problem of education of tolerance; desire to develop a tolerant personality; knowledge about the nature of tolerance and its features for education among future teachers; proficiency in forms and methods of education of tolerance; adequate assessment of themselves as a student group curator who is able to educate tolerance among students of pedagogical colleges. The structure of the readiness of curator of the student group to educate tolerance among students of pedagogical colleges has been determined. This structure consists of the following components: emotional and value component based on a stable orientation towards organizing the process of education of tolerance as an actual aspect of professional activity; the desire to educate a tolerant personality; cognitive component which combines a complex of knowledge about the nature of tolerance and its features for education among future teachers; activity and technology component which involves proficiency in forms and methods of education of tolerance among students of pedagogical colleges; reflexive component which is associated with the analysis of the process of education of tolerance; curators’ attitude towards this aspect of their professional activity, the nature and level of education of tolerance. The levels of the readiness of curators of student groups to educate tolerance among students of pedagogical colleges (high, average, low) were determined.	uk_UA
