dc.description.abstract	Реалії розвитку освітньої сфери України,потреби суспільства у висококваліфікованих педагогічних кадрах актуалізують проблеми вдосконалення загальнопедагогічної підготовки майбутніх учителів. Методологізація загальнопедагогічної підготовки майбутніх учителів пов'язана з орієнтацією змісту й операціональних складників освітнього процесу на методологію діяльності як систему науково пізнавальних евристик, процедурних правил, принципів і прийомів професійної діяльності.Багатомірність як якісна характеристика явищ і процесів відбиває їхню структурну складність, поліфункційність, варіативність розвитку, єдність актуального й потенційного, явного й неявного. Багатомірність як характеристика сучасного педагогічного знання відбиває його предметний і процесуальний характер, єдність явного(експліцитного) і неявного (імпліцитного,фонового, контекстного) знання, нелінійний характер його розвитку, проявляється в множинності освітніх парадигм (традиційна, технократична, гуманістична та ін.),взаємодії стихійно-емпіричної, художньо образної і наукової форм пізнання,посиленні ролі неформальної та інформальної освіти, трансдисциплінарному характері розвитку педагогічного знання, пов'язана з наявністю в освітньому просторі «прихованої навчальної програми», «неявної педагогічної реальності», самоорганізацією педагогічного знання в умовах мережевої взаємодії педагогів.	uk_UA

The methodological approach to the general training of future teachers is related to the orientation of the content and operational components of the educational process towards the activity methodology as a system of scientific and cognitive heuristics, procedural rules, principles and techniques of professional activity. Multidimensionality as a qualitative characteristic of phenomena and processes reflects their structural complexity, poly- functional character, variability of development, the unity of the actual and the potential, the explicit and the implicit.Multidimensionality as a characteristic feature of the modern pedagogical knowledge reflects its substantive and procedural nature, the unity of the explicit and the implicit (the background, the context) knowledge, and the nonlinear character of its development. The multidimensional character of pedagogical knowledge is manifested in the multiplicity of educational paradigms (the traditional, the technocratic, the humanistic ones, etc.), the interaction of spontaneous and empirical, artistic and image-bearing, and scientific forms of cognition, the strengthening of the role of non-formal and informal education, the transdisciplinary character of the pedagogical knowledge development.The multidimensional character of modern pedagogical knowledge is also connected with the existence of «a hidden curriculum», «an implicit pedagogical reality» in the educational space and self-organization of pedagogical knowledge in the environment of network interaction of teachers.	uk_UA
